(1) Viny-Con Container: Watertight 14mil vinyl with ¾” PVC framework

Watertight Vinyl-Con washouts are used to contain wastewater and to prevent leaching into the ground. Fast installation and reusable. Meets or exceeds EPA regulations as a preferred method of use on construction projects. Works best with filter bags and water treatment products, although can use by itself.  Comes with an easy to identify “washout” sign for contractors. Comes with storage case.

 

(1) Filter Bags: Cross woven

Use: To fit inside Vinyl-Con Washout

Filter bag fits inside watertight Vinyl-Con washout. Fill bag with construction waste water and solids. When full, treat water then lift bag out with contents for disposal. Washout will then be empty and may be reused with another filter bag.

 

(1) Water Treatment of your choice:

Option #1: Gels water

Use For: Concrete, Paint, wet saw cutters, core driller, floor polishers or any water base liquid

Compliant: Meets EPA Method 9095B Paint Filter Test & EPA regulations for proper disposal methods

Usage Amount: 1lb of Aqua-Solution can absorb 60 gallons of water

Aqua-Solution gels water immediately. Absorbs wastewater into a safe gelled material that can be disposed into a standard waste container. Use in any container watertight container.

Option #2: Clarifies Water

Use For: Concrete, wet saw cutters, core driller, floor polishers, hydro demolition and ready mix producers

Compliant: Meets EPA regulations for proper disposal methods

Usage Amount: 1lb of Zero-Con can clarify 50-70 gallons of water (depending on thickness of slurry)

Usage Instructions: This proprietary blend will lower waste water pH balance. Depending on wastewater content, you may need to lower pH balance at a greater level with muriatic acid. Once pH is at desired level Zero-Con will stabilize this pH level. You will not experience fluctuating pH levels to occur.

Zero-Con clarifies water immediately by separating solids from wastewater. This treatment will reduce the amount of slurry waste by removing usable water. This water can be reused back into the job site machinery with a “2”ntu rate. You may also gain inspector approval to return treated water back onto the ground or in a natural water way. No additional water filters or filtration tanks required.
